I srsly need to draw more.

But what can I do... when my hand refuses to draw anything that is not related to Pikachu?!

That's right folks, my hand is only capable of drawing that cute yellow critter from Poke'mon. And that's not good. D:

I've been in touch with my writer side lately. I've been typing something for the past 2 nights and it has reached a whopping ten pages already. What it is about... hah, I won't tell. Lol.

I've been busy playing P3. I have a lot of fanart ideas in my head but I just can't... draw... them. I guess my drawing muse is on vacation too.

I have a lineart for a new ID but I am too lazy to actually color it.

Help?

Artist block. Well its not good to force yourself but its also not good to not do anything about it.

you could try either one of the two things.

1) Read up more on about drawing and anatomy which will then give you a new found confidence and inspiration in drawing and hopefully will drive you to draw again.

2) At least try to draw something even though you can't seem to do it, other than Pikachu.

These advices of course are only if you are serious about art. If not, probably give or take a month or so you will get out of this slump.

Haha, I have been trying to draw, but got stuck because I need a major change in my drawing style in order to draw that character. XD

Its not really about doing the style to fit that character, its about making your style fit that character and enjoying it. Its all about enjoying drawing realy and not think about if it will turn good or not as long as you still tried your best.
